Lads....How fine are you, actually?

Take Hope Health's free 5-minute Men's Health MOT this Movember. Get your free action plan booklet, and bring MOT clinics to your workplace.
"I'm fine."
It's the answer most men give when someone asks how they are. Often it's true. Sometimes it means "I haven't really thought about it."
You might be sleeping five or six hours a night. Your energy might crash at 3pm, your belt might have moved a notch, and stress might have become your normal. None of it feels urgent, so it slides.
This Movember, we're asking a simple question: how fine are you, actually?
Take the free 5-minute Men's Health MOT
Our Men's Health MOT is a quick, confidential check-in on 12 areas of your health, including:
Energy and sleep
Stress and mood
Social connection
Food and fitness
Waistline and alcohol
Heart health and knowing your numbers: blood pressure, cholesterol and blood glucose
It takes five minutes. There's no lecture and no judgement, just an honest picture of where you are.
Get your free Men's Health MOT Action Plan
When you complete the MOT, we'll send you our free Men's Health MOT Action Plan booklet. It turns your results into practical next steps. It helps you:
Revisit what stood out in your MOT
Pick the one area where a change would make the biggest difference
Choose your first move this week: check it, change it or get support
Find out how coaching can help you make it stick
You won't need to overhaul your life or suddenly love kale. One considered move is more useful than ten ambitious promises.
Why it matters
In the UK, men live on average four years less than women: 78.8 years compared with 82.8 (ONS, 2021 to 2023). Three in four suicides in England and Wales are men (ONS figures via Mind, 2023).
Much of this is preventable. At Hope Health, we look at mind and body together, because they're connected. Poor sleep drives low mood and cravings. Stress affects blood sugar, energy and heart health. Small changes in one area often lift the others.
For employers: bring the MOT to your workplace
If you're responsible for people, the men in your team are probably saying "I'm fine" too. Hope Health's Men's Health MOT pop-up clinics give them a confidential, low-pressure way to check in at work.
Half or full day, on site or online
Confidential 30-minute appointments with a qualified Hope Health coach
Health profile, energy and blood sugar questionnaires completed beforehand
A personalised Diet & Lifestyle Report and Action Plan booklet for every attendee
Done-for-you comms, including posters, intranet copy and QR booking
GP signposting where needed, plus optional follow-up coaching
Anonymised themes to help shape your wellbeing plans
A glimpse of the Sustainable Human Program
The MOT and pop-up clinics are a taster of the Sustainable Human Employee Health Program, Hope Health's year-round workplace health system. It's the proactive "missing piece" alongside your EAP, built on our Capacity, Load, Recovery model: helping people manage what's on their plate and recover well, so they can perform and stay well at work.
Once your team has had a taste, the full program can include:
Pop-up health clinics through the year
One-to-one coaching pathways with a coach each employee chooses, covering stress and burnout, weight and metabolic health, menopause, bereavement and general health
Open six-week group programmes
Lunch and learns with expert health associates
Self-referral, MHFAider and HR referral routes, plus a full launch and comms toolkit
A Movember clinic day is a low-risk way to see how your people respond before committing to more.
A quick way to start: share the free 5-minute MOT with your team this week, then book a clinic day to follow it up.
