Meet the Woman Who Turned Her Pain into Purpose
My name is Nicole, and in March 2009, I nearly lost my life to suicide.
I’m not your typical health coach — because my journey here wasn’t typical either. For years, I felt stuck in survival mode. I numbed myself with alcohol, sugar, and distractions, just trying to keep going.
I knew something had to change, but no matter how many diets I tried or workouts I forced myself through, nothing stuck. The cycle kept repeating — and I kept feeling further away from the person I used to be. Everything changed when I stopped looking for quick fixes and started asking deeper questions.


Why do people get stuck?
Who do we self-sabotage even when we want to change?
Why hadn't anything worked for me?
Those questions led me on a powerful journey through behavioural psychology, trauma recovery, habit science, and holistic health. I tested everything on myself. I learned how to rebuild my mind and body — not through punishment or restriction, but through compassion, clarity, and consistency.

That journey became Hope Health — and the framework I created now helps busy professionals and parents do what I did:

Because I know what it’s like to feel lost — and I know what it takes to come back stronger. I believe everyone deserves to feel hopeful again — to feel stronger, calmer, and more capable of handling whatever life brings. This is my purpose. I just want to help as many people as I can before I leave this earth.
