Mental Health First Aid
2 DAY COURSE

Mental Health First Aid
2 DAY . 9am-5pm
Gain the confidence and skills to identify, understand, and support individuals experiencing mental health challenges. This MHFA England two-day course equips you to act as a certified MHFAider in your workplace or community.
Course Brief
OVERVIEW
Mental health challenges are prevalent, affecting one in four people each year. Yet, stigma and misunderstanding often prevent open conversations and timely support. MHFA training empowers individuals to recognise early signs of mental health issues, engage in supportive dialogues, and guide those in need toward appropriate resources. By fostering a culture of empathy and awareness, we can make a significant difference in the lives of others.
MHFA is an internationally recognised training program designed to teach participants how to identify, understand, and assist someone experiencing a mental health problem. Similar to physical first aid, MHFA provides the skills to offer initial support until professional help is available or the crisis resolves.
